As Junior Account Manager Netherlands, you are jointly responsible for the commercial growth of Packiro in the Dutch market. You manage the entire sales process — from initial customer contact to repeat orders and the development of long-term customer relationships. You understand customer needs and translate them into suitable and sustainable packaging solutions.


Your Challenges

  • Actively building a strong network of prospects and customers and maintaining existing client relationships

  • Advising customers on material choices, applications, volumes, and sustainability

  • Identifying and leveraging commercial opportunities within your customer portfolio

  • Collaborating closely with internal teams such as Customer Success, Operations, and Marketing to ensure a smooth and professional customer journey

  • Preparing, following up on, and negotiating offers

  • Achieving revenue and margin targets

  • Monitoring market developments and customer feedback and using these insights to support Packiro’s positioning and growth in the Netherlands

Your skills

  • First experience in sales, customer service, or a commercial role (e.g. internships, working student positions, or an entry-level role)

  • Strong interest in B2B sales and digital sales processes

  • Willingness to learn and work with CRM systems such as Salesforce

  • Analytical mindset with an interest in numbers, targets, and KPIs

  • Strong communication skills in Dutch and English (both required); German is a plus

  • Proactive, reliable, and well-structured way of working

  • No prior experience in the packaging industry required — we provide comprehensive onboarding and training

  • Location: Cologne (preferred) or near the German–Dutch border (Germany-based role)
